Fajitas!

I was inpired by my bestfriend's chicken fajitas last Monday when we had dinner at their house. So this weekend I made sure I'll make one also.

Chuck is not the typical "kanin-ulam" lover type. He prefers western style of eating. I can't feed him corned beef and pork n' beans forever. Haha! So I'm starting to prepare for it by practicing at home.

My sister was my guinea pig this time and she finished 3! Actually we almost finished the whole thing! Just the two of us. HAHA! Bye bye diet.
