This is the first time that I'll be sharing with you my new found family in the office. We didn't know how it happened that all of us would find each other in the middle of being busy with work (aka Accenture life). We just know that it all happened through God's grace. He knew the deepest desires of our heart, and that is to experience His love more by getting to know Him better.
We recently formed a bible study group at work. Well not really formed since there was really no effort to put one up. It just started when two to three people decided to spend their lunch break meditating on God's word. Until it became four, ten and now more than 20 people. We meet every Tuesday 12:00 pm to 1:30 at the MSE bldg. A group of people from different churches and different projects united with one desire. That is, to get to know God and to live a life pleasing to Him. It is so overhwhelming to see more people coming every week and see lives change. And, it is so comforting to know that there are people with the same desire as you are.
Anyway, we had our Christmas Dinner last Wednesday night at Heaven & Eggs. It was a simple dinner and exchange of gifts with a simple twist. We had fun. And I'm sure we'll be sharing more of these in the coming days. I'm just so blessed and thankful to God that I am part of this group.
